First Digital Marketing Agency has transitioned to a hybrid operating model with a new physical headquarters in Lagos to enhance service delivery for growing businesses. The restructuring introduces specialized leadership units aimed at driving measurable commercial growth and operational accountability.

First Digital Marketing Agency (FDMA), a Lagos-based digital marketing and business growth firm, has opened a new office in Anthony Village, Lagos, as part of a restructuring aimed at strengthening its operations and expanding its range of services. The new office, located at Kristina Jade Center, 70B Olorunlogbon Street, marks a significant shift from the company’s remote-first model to a hybrid operating structure.
Founded in 2023, the agency stated that the restructuring has led to the creation of dedicated leadership for its digital marketing, brand and public relations, creative production, technology, and commercial growth functions. The changes are designed to improve client onboarding, service delivery, and reporting, positioning FDMA as a broader business growth partner rather than solely a digital marketing provider.
Speaking on the development, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of FDMA, Grace Peter, noted that the new office represented an expansion of the agency’s capacity and responsibility toward its growing client base.
We started FDMA as a remote team because that was the fastest way to reach the businesses that needed us. Three years on, our clients’ needs have grown, and so has our responsibility to them. Moving into a physical office was never just about getting a new address. It is about putting in place the structure, leadership and systems that allow us to deliver measurable growth consistently, not occasionally.

Under the new structure, FDMA has established five distinct units covering various aspects of its operations. The Digital Growth unit oversees performance marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), lead generation, analytics, and business automation. Meanwhile, the Brand, Communications, and PR unit handles brand strategy and media relations, while the Creative and Content unit manages video, photography, and campaign production.
The final two arms include the Business Development and Commercial Growth unit, which focuses on partnerships, and the Operations unit, which is responsible for client coordination and reporting. The agency also collaborates with external partners in technology and media to provide clients with a comprehensive suite of business solutions.
Client engagements are guided by the agency's "GROW Framework," which includes discovery and audit, strategy design, execution, and scaling. These engagements typically run for six to 12 months, though the agency also offers entry-level packages specifically designed for smaller businesses.
FDMA reported that its engagements have produced measurable outcomes across various sectors, including healthcare, real estate, manufacturing, and financial services. According to the agency, one client saw a 340 per cent increase in organic traffic and a tripling of leads within eight months, while another saved over 40 hours of staff time weekly through new automation systems.
Business Manager of FDMA, Stephen Aliu Abdulmumeen, emphasized that the restructuring focuses on ensuring the agency's recommendations are directly linked to the commercial objectives of their clients.
Business owners want to sit across the table from the people responsible for their growth. The new office gives clients and partners that access, and it gives our team a base to run onboarding, production and reporting in a more structured way. Every engagement now starts with an audit of the brand, the digital channels and the business itself, so what we recommend is tied directly to the client’s commercial goals.
— Stephen Aliu Abdulmumeen, Business Manager, FDMA
Beyond its core consulting services, FDMA is deepening its engagement with small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) in Lagos that seek better clarity on marketing returns. The firm also operates practitioner-led certification courses covering digital marketing fundamentals, advanced SEO, and AI-driven automation. These programs are limited to small cohorts of 15 participants to ensure quality instruction for professionals and entrepreneurs.
Structure is not bureaucracy. It is how we deliver better.
— Stephen Aliu Abdulmumeen, Business Manager, FDMA
The development comes as Nigerian businesses increasingly demand digital strategies that demonstrate tangible acquisition and revenue results. For FDMA, the move into a physical office and the adoption of a hybrid structure represent its long-term plan to evolve into an integrated business growth agency.
