Nigerian real estate firm 1159 Realty has introduced Nova Heights, a new residential development in Lekki Scheme II, Abraham Adesanya, Lagos, with sales set to begin in January 2027. The project marks a major milestone in the firm's strategic expansion into the highly competitive Lagos property market.

Nigerian real estate firm 1159 Realty has unveiled Nova Heights, a new residential development in Lekki Scheme II, Abraham Adesanya, Lagos. The project is part of efforts to expand the company's presence in the state, with sales expected to commence in January 2027.
The company announced the development at its recently held Realtors Escape, an event that brought together selected real estate professionals from Lagos, Oyo, and Ogun states. The gathering aimed to strengthen partnerships and introduce the latest property offering to prospective sales partners.
NOVA HEIGHTS represents an important chapter in our journey as a company. We have always believed that real estate should be more accessible, more intentional, and more responsive to the aspirations of the people buying into it. As we deepen our presence in Lagos, we are excited to bring that philosophy into a new development and to build it alongside the people who understand the market and our buyers best.
— Comfort Olugbami, Founder and Managing Director, 1159 Realty
Olugbami stated that the company is committed to maintaining high standards in its property offerings, ensuring that both realtors and clients experience a seamless acquisition process.
We are very obsessed with excellence. We believe that when things are done properly, you can guarantee that your clients will have the best experience when it comes to property.
— Comfort Olugbami, Founder and Managing Director, 1159 Realty
As part of preparations for the launch, the company plans to organize an on-site inspection for participating realtors to familiarize them with the location, understand the development, and acquire the product knowledge required to engage prospective buyers.
Founded in 2021, 1159 Realty initially focused on reducing barriers to real estate investment for young and aspiring investors. The firm has since expanded its operations across land banking, premium property development, and agro-real estate to make property ownership more accessible to a new generation.
The company's growing portfolio includes Cisca Villa in Ibadan, a construction and development project, and Johnny's Gate in Malete, which represents its continued involvement in land banking and emerging property locations. It has also introduced a resale marketplace through which existing clients can list fully paid properties, providing an additional avenue for transactions within its ecosystem.
Beyond property development, 1159 Realty has invested in building a network of real estate professionals through its Daring Tribe initiative. The community, powered by the company, comprises more than 700 active realtors and operates around its "Learn. Earn. Win." philosophy, providing training programs, masterclasses, sales challenges, and professional development rewards to support members.
The unveiling of Nova Heights signals the company's intention to strengthen its position in Lagos, a market it considers vital to its next phase of growth. Located in Lekki Scheme II, Abraham Adesanya, the development is positioned as a residential offering reflecting the company's "Young & Daring" identity.
We are not entering Lagos simply to say that we have a Lagos property. We are entering with the ambition to build something people can identify with, believe in, and ultimately call home.
— Comfort Olugbami, Founder and Managing Director, 1159 Realty
The company plans to work closely with its realtor partners to promote Nova Heights through product education, sales resources, and collaborative marketing efforts. This strategy builds on its existing approach of combining property solutions with technology, training, and community development.
According to the firm, 1159 Realty operates offices in Lagos, Ibadan, Ilorin, and the United States. With the planned pre-launch activities running through December and sales scheduled to begin in January 2027, the company aims to deepen its engagement with the Lagos real estate market.
